    Account/Member Account – the set consisting of an email address and a password that allows the user access to the order history;

    • All information on the site that can be accessed and viewed;

    • Any information transmitted to any customer/buyer/member by crazydaisy.art through any means of communication;

    • Any information communicated, by any means, by an employee or collaborator of crazydaisy.art to the user or customer, at one of the contact addresses specified by the customer (e.g., courier);

    • Information related to the products and/or rates practiced by crazydaisy.art in a certain period;

    Products – Mobile goods presented on the site for sale to customers;

    Transaction – represents the payment made by the buyer to the seller, to acquire the desired products from the crazydaisy.art website.

    • crazydaisy.art is an online platform that sells art prints, stickers, cards, bookmarks, and digital products and other art-related products.

    • The terms "we," "us," and "our", “seller”, “our company”, “WHILETRUE.SRL”, “crazydaisy”, “crazydaisy.art”, "store," "online store," "company" in this document directly refer to WHILE TRUE SRL, the owner of the website.

    • The term "you", “user/visitor”, “member” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

  2. Products:

    • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information.

    • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

    • Attention! In the case of handmade products, small differences in shape and color do not constitute a defect. Additionally, differences from the product photographed and displayed on the website are not considered defects.

  3. Orders:

    • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

    • We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.

    • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.

    • wrong order:

      You can cancel your order only if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet.

      Please contact us via email andreiamorar02@gmail.com as soon as possible if you’d like to make any changes or cancel your order.

      If you already received a confirmation of shipment email then you can’t cancel the order and won’t be able to get a refund.

    • custom orders:

    • We do accept custom orders

    • Customized products (of any kind) cannot be returned, and their value cannot be refunded because they are considered 'Personalized Services,' not mass-produced items.

      The execution and delivery time for pre-order/customized products is 2-3 weeks.

  4. Payment:

    • We accept payments through Stripe. Payment information is securely processed.

    • Prices include VAT.

    • All prices are in Euro and include applicable taxes.

    • Orders will be processed upon successful payment.

  5. Shipping:

    • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.

    • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.

    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

    • We do ship internationally

      Shipping options available:

      • International Tracked Letter — (prints up to A3/ stationery) 10 EUR

      • EU Tracked Package (for prints and apparel) 15 EUR

      • International Tracked Package — outside EU (for prints and apparel) 30 EUR

      • Romania - Courier (Cargus/ Fan Courier) — 4 EUR

      • Romania - Ridicare personala, doar in Arad - FREE

      (!) Please make sure to choose the correct option according to what items you purchased. In case the shipping method is not chosen correctly we will have to cancel + refund your initial order and you will have to place a new one.

    • Delivery times:

      Romania — 1-3 business days
      EU - 2-4 weeks
      US / Rest of the World - 4-8 weeks

      All orders are processed in 2-3 business days after receiving them. You will first get an order confirmation email and second a shipping confirmation email.

    • Customs fees / Import taxes:

      Import taxes are not included in the items’ prices. We are not responsible for the costs of these fees.

      Buyers are solely responsible for informing themselves about these taxes and paying them.

      All orders are shipped from Romania so please make sure to check what kind of taxes does your country practice for incoming orders from this country.

    • Lost/ Delayed orders:

      We are not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the Postal Service.

      In case of a lost parcel please contact your local postal office and provide the tracking number you received. They might be able to locate or find out what happened with your parcel. We are also happy to help locate the parcel if we can, please contact us via email. Please be advised that usually the investigation for a lost parcel might take.

    • Damaged orders:

      We are always making sure to pack your orders as safely as possible but in case anything like this happens please contact us at andreiamorar02@gmail.com

      Please state your name and order number in the email and attach some photos of the damaged goods.

    • Wrong items:

      In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item please contact us here: andreiamorar02@gmail.com. We can replace your item without any additional cost.

  6. Returns and Refunds:

    • We can’t accept returns at the moment due to this being a small business.
      Unless the product you received is incorrect due to our fault we cannot accept returns.

    • Digital products are non-refundable.

    • Please contact us at andreiamorar02@gmail.com for any product-related concerns.

  7. Intellectual Property:

    • All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of crazydaisy.art.

    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
